A dominant display from Man of the Match Shaun Marsh. He won't have done his Boxing Day hopes any harm, in fact you'd say he's cemented a spot in that top six. He played good cricket shots and looks in red hot form, leading the Scorchers to their first win of the tournament.
Marsh was backed up by a handy knock from Gibbs who made 57. Earlier, Beer and Hogg were best with the ball while Finch, McDonald and Maxwell batted well for the hosts.
